I had to go to my old "home away from home" for the latter half of 1993, St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, to have some blood work drawn early this morning, and late morning I had a doctor's appointment for an earache I've developed this week. But between these two commitments I was able to squeeze in a nice ride, going down to that subdivision near us (Stonebridge) and doing three loops in there, for a total ride of 10.7 miles in 1 hour and 9 minutes.
Late this afternoon, I rode the same route as this morning, only instead of doing three loops in the subdivision, I did only one, and rode in the other direction, for a ride of 5.9 miles in 40 minutes, and a daily total of 13.9 miles in 1 hour and 39 minutes.
