Today I rode down in Stonebridge again. (I'd like to go further away, but am, frankly, a bit concerned because of all the mechanical issues I've had with the trike. I'd hate to get stranded, miles away from home, with the car back home and Michelle teaching, expecting to be picked up at the end of her day.)
So I went down there and did 4 loops in the glorious spring sunshine (55°), and, with memories of my ride yesterday with Kristian still fresh, I tried to push my pace along a little faster. (Or, as he called it, my "tempo.") And thus I rode a total of 12.9 miles in a hour and 16 minutes.
