119th ride - 9/30/2015

This morning, I rode a brisk pair of consecutive Marsh Park round trips, doing the 17.5 miles in a record 1:41:16. (My previous best was 1:44 on September 1.)

I plan to do an additional ride this afternoon, before picking up Michelle from school.

WEDNESDAY MID-AFTERNOON

I did, in fact, go out again this afternoon and tacked on another Marsh Park round trip (in a fairly strong wind), clipping through the 9.5 miles in a pretty good 56:30 (only the third time I've broken an hour, I believe), though it was nowhere near the 50:50 I clocked on it yesterday morning.
