109th ride - 9/16/2015

I was happy to ride with Kristian again this morning, and he only had time for one round trip to Marsh Park, so I settled for that ride of 9.5 miles in 1 hour and 5 minutes. While this time was within my "normal" range, I felt exceptionally slow. Oh well ... I guess all I can do is keep plugging away, trying to improve gradually.
