112th ride - 9/23/2015

I was unable to ride yesterday, due to a very full schedule (which included a lengthy drive to a funeral). But today, on a very fallish morning (57°, but bright blue skies), I rode a single round trip to Marsh Park (9.5 miles in 1 hour and 10 minutes). I hope and plan to do a supplemental ride this afternoon.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

This afternoon I was glad to be able to go out and ride another Marsh Park round trip, this time doing the 9.5 miles in a slightly quicker 1 hour and 6 minutes, and giving me a daily total of 19 miles in 2 hours and 16 minutes. In this morning's cooler temperatures, my long sleeved t-shirt felt great; however, in this afternoon's 75* sunshine, short sleeves felt just perfect!
