102nd ride - 9/9/2015

Today's ride was squeezed by my needing to be at the Honda dealer all morning for repairs on our car. But I was able to work in a round trip to Marsh Park this afternoon, and pushed myself for time, completing the 9.5 miles in 57:34. Objectively, this does not sound like all that good a speed in terms of miles per hour, but it's the best I've done for a round trip—the trike is not geared for speed riding, but I'm steadily building good muscles in my legs.
